Over the summer of 2020, Joshua obtained his CPT from the International Sports Science Association. As a Personal Trainer, Joshua focuses on a human first approach. Taking into consideration prior experience, work schedules and all the goals. Joshua’s continuing studies include a Sports Nutrition certification as well as specialized fitness class instruction. With several years of teaching dance, clients can expect a focus on form, technique and full body work. Check out different options for 1:1 training, self guided plans, in person group classes, virtual workouts and much more. Covid guidelines followed for all in person scenarios set by the Government of British Columbia.

To All You Movers and Shakers
I am a firm believer in accessibility to health, wellness and fitness. While I can’t offer free classes during this time, sliding scale classes are meant to be an affordable option for most. And in the spirit of community, I am pledging 10% of all 2021 fitness classes to local causes and organizations dear to me or suggestions from you all.
